The short version
- This site sets no cookies.
- We only learn who you are when you send a brief, book a call or email us.
- We use those details to reply to you and to talk about your project. We don't sell them.
Who we are
This site is run by Exsale Inc. ("Exsale", "we"), a company registered in Delaware, USA. Exsale Inc. decides how the details collected here are used.
When you send a brief
The brief form asks for your name, email, company website, the services you need, your budget and timeline, reference links and a message. Web3Forms, the service behind the form, sends it to our inbox at hello@exsale.io, which runs on Google Workspace. Web3Forms also logs your IP address and browser type, and may check your IP address and email with spam filters. If you email us directly, your email lands in the same inbox.
The brief form on the pricing page also asks for a link to your brief or script, the brand assets you have, where the video will run, your deadline, languages and who signs off. It sends your calculator answers and the estimate with the brief. The calculator runs in your browser, and your answers aren't sent anywhere until you send them as a brief.
We use your brief to reply to you and to talk with you about the project.
When you book a call
Book a call opens Calendly, a separate site with its own privacy notice and its own cookies. When you book, Calendly sends us your name, email, the time you picked and anything you add in the booking form, so we can hold the call.
When you browse the site
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records which pages are viewed, the site that sent you, your country, your browser and device type, and how fast pages load, and reports them as totals. It uses no cookies or local storage and doesn't fingerprint you.
Cloudflare also hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
There are no advertising or social media trackers here. Fonts and videos load from this site, and the Instagram and LinkedIn links are plain links: nothing from those sites loads on these pages.
How long we keep it
- Briefs, bookings and the emails that follow:, then we delete them. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as our contract and tax rules require.
- Web3Forms keeps its own copy of each submission for up to three years under its privacy policy, unless we delete it sooner.
- Analytics totals contain nothing that identifies you.
Who else handles your details
We share your details only with the services named on this page: Web3Forms (the form), Google Workspace (our email), Calendly (bookings) and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics). Each one handles your details to run its service for us. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising.
Web3Forms operates from India, and Google, Calendly and Cloudflare are US companies, so your details may be processed outside your country, including in the US and India.
Your rights
You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email hello@exsale.io and we'll reply by email.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights, such as objecting to how we use your details or complaining to your data protection authority. If you're in the EEA or the UK: we use your details because you asked us to reply or booked a call, and for analytics and security because we have a legitimate interest in running a working, secure site.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
